Easy Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at help@avl.co.in with product images (including all packaging, covers, and invoice) within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. Return/exchange requests are subject to inspection and checking by Team Dazller.

Eligible Conditions for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges for the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered (physical damage/tampered product or packaging)
  • Incomplete order (missing products)

You need to report Non-Delivery of the order, within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification by emailing us at help@avl.co.in.

Exclusions from Return/Exchange Policy

Please note that damages due to neglect, improper usage, or expected wear & tear will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

Replacement Products

While we do not provide monetary refunds, we will send you a replacement product (exact or similar) with the earliest possible delivery, in case you are eligible for a return or exchange.
